Risk and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service.

7. Package Opening & Video Proof Requirement

To ensure transparency and resolve disputes fairly:

Customers must record a continuous video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The opening process

  • The product inside

If a customer reports:

  • missing items

  • incorrect items

  • damaged items

without a valid unboxing video, the claim may not be accepted.

Agosh Kidswear reserves the right to reject any claim lacking sufficient proof.

8. Return Policy (7 Days)

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • The product must not be washed, worn, or damaged

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used items

  • Items without tags

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Claims without required video proof (if reporting damage or missing item)

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect.

9. Refund Policy (14 Days Processing)

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

In cases of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit depending on company policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Agosh Kidswear.
